Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – $15.00

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) – $35.00

• International Shipping – Calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Signature Confirmation

To ensure safe delivery, all orders over $150 require signature confirmation upon arrival.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

La Tresse Loackel is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

International Orders

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. La Tresse Loackel is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change addresses after an order has been shipped.
